Chinese (traditional)Bible Verses about 'Saith'
- Return to me, says the Lord of hosts, and I will return to you, says the Lord of hosts.
- Can someone hide in a secret place
so that I cannot see him?
Do I not fill heaven and earth? - Philip said to him, “Lord, show us the Father, it will be enough for us.”
- He said to them, “Come, follow me, and I will make you fishers of men.”
- The Lord is my portion, I say to myself;
therefore, I will place my hope in him. - As Scripture asserts, “No one who believes in him will be put to shame.”
- For thus says the Lord to the house of Israel:
If you seek me, you will survive. - Therefore say to them, “Thus says the Lord God: The fulfillment of my words will not be delayed any longer. What I have said will be done now. This is the word of the Lord God.”
- Return, rebel Israel, says the Lord.
I will not look upon you in anger.
For I am merciful, says the Lord;
my wrath will not continue forever. - For my thoughts are not your thoughts,
nor are your ways my ways, says the Lord. - Jesus replied,
“I am the way, and the truth, and the life.
No one comes to the Father
except through me.” - The one who gives this testimony says, “Yes, I am coming soon.”
Amen. Come, Lord Jesus! - Do not be like your ancestors, to whom the prophets of that time proclaimed. Thus says the Lord of hosts: Forsake your evil ways and your evil deeds. But they refused to listen or to pay attention to me, says the Lord.
- Jesus replied, “Did I not tell you that if you have faith you will see the glory of God?”
- Jesus looked at them and said, “For men it is impossible, but not for God. For God all things are possible.”
- For it is written,
“As I live, says the Lord,
every knee shall bow before me,
and every tongue shall give praise to God.” - I take no pleasure in the death of anyone, says the Lord God. Repent and live!
- Amen, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be lifted up and thrown into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart but believes that what he says will happen, it will be accomplished for him.
- This is the Lord’s message to Zerubbabel: Not by force, nor by strength, but by my Spirit, says the Lord of hosts.
- Yet even now, says the Lord,
return to me with all your heart,
with fasting, with weeping, and with mourning. - “But you,” he said to them, “who do you say that I am?” Simon Peter replied, “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.”
- Then Jesus said to him,
“You have come to believe
because you have seen me.
Blessed are those who have not seen
and yet have come to believe.” - “I am the Alpha and the Omega,” says the Lord God, “the one who is, and who was, and who is to come, the Almighty.”
- He said to them in reply, “Anyone who has two coats must share with the person who has none, and whoever has food must do likewise.”
- For I know full well the plans I have for you, plans for your welfare and not for your misfortune, plans that will offer you a future filled with hope.
Do I derive any pleasure from the death of the wicked? asks the Lord God. Would I not rather rejoice to see them turn away from their wickedness and live?And a voice came from heaven, saying, “This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.” You shall keep these things that I command you today in your heart. Teach them to your children. You shall talk of them when you are sitting in your home, and when you are walking along the way, and when you lie down and when you rise up.Next verse!With image
