- Give us this day our daily bread.
- For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures.

I the Lord search the heart,
I try the reins,
even to give every man according to his ways,
and according to the fruit of his doings. - But if from thence thou shalt seek the Lord thy God, thou shalt find him, if thou seek him with all thy heart and with all thy soul.
- And daily in the temple, and in every house, they ceased not to teach and preach Jesus Christ.
- And they, continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart, Praising God, and having favour with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved.
- For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.
- Neither have I gone back from the commandment of his lips;
I have esteemed the words of his mouth more than my necessary food. - Seek the Lord, and his strength:
seek his face evermore. - He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.
- For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall be joined unto his wife, and they two shall be one flesh.
- Seek the Lord and his strength,
seek his face continually. - But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.
- Depart from evil, and do good;
seek peace, and pursue it. - This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders, which is become the head of the corner.
- For he that will love life, and see good days, let him refrain his tongue from evil, and his lips that they speak no guile: Let him eschew evil, and do good; let him seek peace, and ensue it.
- For it is written, As I live, saith the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God.
- Blessed are they that keep his testimonies,
and that seek him with the whole heart. - But the scripture hath concluded all under sin, that the promise by faith of Jesus Christ might be given to them that believe.
- But as he which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation; Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy.
- Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord.
- But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.
- And they that know thy name will put their trust in thee:
for thou, Lord, hast not forsaken them that seek thee. - Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you.
- Then went in also that other disciple, which came first to the sepulchre, and he saw, and believed. For as yet they knew not the scripture, that he must rise again from the dead.
- For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.
- But he that glorieth, let him glory in the Lord. For not he that commendeth himself is approved, but whom the Lord commendeth.
- And I say unto you, Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you.
- Remove far from me vanity and lies:
give me neither poverty nor riches;
feed me with food convenient for me. - With my soul have I desired thee in the night;
yea, with my spirit within me will I seek thee early:
for when thy judgments are in the earth,
the inhabitants of the world will learn righteousness. - O God, thou art my God;
early will I seek thee:
my soul thirsteth for thee,
my flesh longeth for thee
in a dry and thirsty land,
where no water is. - And he answered and said unto them, Have ye not read, that he which made them at the beginning made them male and female, And said, For this cause shall a man leave father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife: and they twain shall be one flesh? Wherefore they are no more twain, but one flesh. What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder.
- And it came to pass, that he went through the corn fields on the sabbath day; and his disciples began, as they went, to pluck the ears of corn. And the Pharisees said unto him, Behold, why do they on the sabbath day that which is not lawful? And he said unto them, Have ye never read what David did, when he had need, and was an hungred, he, and they that were with him? How he went into the house of God in the days of Abiathar the high priest, and did eat the shewbread, which is not lawful to eat but for the priests, and gave also to them which were with him? And he said unto them, The sabbath was made for man, and not man for the sabbath: Therefore the Son of man is Lord also of the sabbath.
For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God. Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.Next verse!With image
