- He sent His word and healed them,
And delivered them from their destructions. - And He led them out as far as Bethany, and He lifted up His hands and blessed them. Now it came to pass, while He blessed them, that He was parted from them and carried up into heaven.

- And I have declared to them Your name, and will declare it, that the love with which You loved Me may be in them, and I in them.

For the ways of the Lord are right;
The righteous walk in them,
But transgressors stumble in them. - Nevertheless in Your great mercy
You did not utterly consume them nor forsake them;
For You are God, gracious and merciful. - Then there appeared to them divided tongues, as of fire, and one sat upon each of them. And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.
- When goods increase,
They increase who eat them;
So what profit have the owners
Except to see them with their eyes? - My son, give attention to my words;
Incline your ear to my sayings.
Do not let them depart from your eyes;
Keep them in the midst of your heart. - The integrity of the upright will guide them,
But the perversity of the unfaithful will destroy them. - Therefore you shall keep My commandments, and perform them: I am the Lord.
- I will never forget Your precepts,
For by them You have given me life. - But Jesus looked at them and said to them, “With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”
- So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them.
- Then He said to them, “Follow Me, and I will make you fishers of men.”
- For they did not gain possession of the land by their own sword,
Nor did their own arm save them;
But it was Your right hand, Your arm, and the light of Your countenance,
Because You favored them. - And so it was, because the midwives feared God, that He provided households for them.
- Jesus answered them and said, “My doctrine is not Mine, but His who sent Me.”
- And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.”
- Let not mercy and truth forsake you;
Bind them around your neck,
Write them on the tablet of your heart,
And so find favor and high esteem
In the sight of God and man. - When they heard this, they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus. And when Paul had laid hands on them, the Holy Spirit came upon them, and they spoke with tongues and prophesied.
- And as I began to speak, the Holy Spirit fell upon them, as upon us at the beginning.
