Bible Verses about 'Them'

  • Then Jesus led them to Bethany, and lifting his hands to heaven, he blessed them. While he was blessing them, he left them and was taken up to heaven.
  • He sent out his word and healed them,
    snatching them from the door of death.
  • I have revealed you to them, and I will continue to do so. Then your love for me will be in them, and I will be in them.
  • So after more fasting and prayer, the men laid their hands on them and sent them on their way.
  • I’m not asking you to take them out of the world, but to keep them safe from the evil one.
  • I give them eternal life, and they will never perish. No one can snatch them away from me, for my Father has given them to me, and he is more powerful than anyone else. No one can snatch them from the Father’s hand. The Father and I are one.
  • I will strengthen Judah and save Israel;
    I will restore them because of my compassion.
    It will be as though I had never rejected them,
    for I am the Lord their God, who will hear their cries.
  • But in your great mercy, you did not destroy them completely or abandon them forever. What a gracious and merciful God you are!
  • Bless those who persecute you. Don’t curse them; pray that God will bless them.
  • So God created human beings in his own image.
    In the image of God he created them;
    male and female he created them.
  • My child, pay attention to what I say.
    Listen carefully to my words.
    Don’t lose sight of them.
    Let them penetrate deep into your heart.
  • Those who accept my commandments and obey them are the ones who love me. And because they love me, my Father will love them. And I will love them and reveal myself to each of them.
  • Then, what looked like flames or tongues of fire appeared and settled on each of them. And everyone present was filled with the Holy Spirit and began speaking in other languages, as the Holy Spirit gave them this ability.
  • I will never forget your commandments,
    for by them you give me life.
  • They did not conquer the land with their swords;
    it was not their own strong arm that gave them victory.
    It was your right hand and strong arm
    and the blinding light from your face that helped them,
    for you loved them.
  • You must faithfully keep all my commands by putting them into practice, for I am the Lord.
  • Let those who are wise understand these things.
    Let those with discernment listen carefully.
    The paths of the Lord are true and right,
    and righteous people live by walking in them.
    But in those paths sinners stumble and fall.
  • And because the midwives feared God, he gave them families of their own.
  • Heal the sick, and tell them, ‘The Kingdom of God is near you now.’
  • So Jesus told them, “My message is not my own; it comes from God who sent me.”
  • And then he told them, “Go into all the world and preach the Good News to everyone.”
  • Jesus called out to them, “Come, follow me, and I will show you how to fish for people!”
  • As soon as they heard this, they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus. Then when Paul laid his hands on them, the Holy Spirit came on them, and they spoke in other tongues and prophesied.
  • What are mere mortals that you should think about them,
    human beings that you should care for them?
  • Jesus looked at them intently and said, “Humanly speaking, it is impossible. But with God everything is possible.”

For where two or three gather together as my followers, I am there among them.
