- This is the word of the Lord to Zerubbabel: ‘Not by might nor by power, but by my Spirit,’ says the Lord Almighty.
- This is the message we have heard from him and declare to you: God is light; in him there is no darkness at all.
- The second is this: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no commandment greater than these.

Fear God and keep his commandments,

- All you need to say is simply ‘Yes’ or ‘No’; anything beyond this comes from the evil one.
- And I tell you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of Hades will not overcome it.

This too is meaningless. - For the entire law is fulfilled in keeping this one command: “Love your neighbor as yourself.”
- But go and learn what this means: ‘I desire mercy, not sacrifice.’ For I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners.
- Being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.
- This, then, is how you should pray:
‘Our Father in heaven,
hallowed be your name,
your kingdom come,
your will be done,
on earth as it is in heaven.’ - Hearing this, Jesus said to Jairus, “Don’t be afraid; just believe, and she will be healed.”
