Chinese (traditional)- Who is a God like you, pardoning iniquity
and passing over transgression
for the remnant of his inheritance?
He does not retain his anger forever,
because he delights in steadfast love. - Greater love has no one than this, that someone lay down his life for his friends.
- Those whom I love, I reprove and discipline, so be zealous and repent.
- Little children, let us not love in word or talk but in deed and in truth.
- Love one another with brotherly affection. Outdo one another in showing honor.
- By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.
- But I say to you, Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you.
- With all humility and gentleness, with patience, bearing with one another in love.
- For God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control.
- For this is the message that you have heard from the beginning, that we should love one another.
- You are altogether beautiful, my love;
there is no flaw in you. - And above all these put on love, which binds everything together in perfect harmony.
- And to love him with all the heart and with all the understanding and with all the strength, and to love one's neighbor as oneself, is much more than all whole burnt offerings and sacrifices.
- And may the Lord make you increase and abound in love for one another and for all, as we do for you.
- For the whole law is fulfilled in one word: “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.”
- May the Lord direct your hearts to the love of God and to the steadfastness of Christ.
- In the same way husbands should love their wives as their own bodies. He who loves his wife loves himself.
- Owe no one anything, except to love each other, for the one who loves another has fulfilled the law.
- Death and life are in the power of the tongue,
and those who love it will eat its fruits. - Rather, speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in every way into him who is the head, into Christ.
- Jesus answered him, “If anyone loves me, he will keep my word, and my Father will love him, and we will come to him and make our home with him.”
- The second is this: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no other commandment greater than these.
- Whoever has my commandments and keeps them, he it is who loves me. And he who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I will love him and manifest myself to him.
- However, let each one of you love his wife as himself, and let the wife see that she respects her husband.
- In this is love, not that we have loved God but that he loved us and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.
And he said to him, “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.”But even if you should suffer for righteousness' sake, you will be blessed. Have no fear of them, nor be troubled. And God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that having all sufficiency in all things at all times, you may abound in every good work.Next verse! With image
