Good comes to those who lend money generously and conduct their business fairly. Psalm 112:5	It is well with the man who deals generously and lends; who conducts his affairs with justice. generosity mercy honesty
The blessing of the Lord makes a person rich, and he adds no sorrow with it. Proverbs 10:22	The blessing of the Lord makes rich, and he adds no sorrow with it. money blessing dependence
But I will offer sacrifices to you with songs of praise, and I will fulfill all my vows. For my salvation comes from the Lord alone. Jonah 2:9	But I with the voice of thanksgiving will sacrifice to you; what I have vowed I will pay. Salvation belongs to the Lord! salvation gratitude sacrifice
After all, we brought nothing with us when we came into the world, and we can’t take anything with us when we leave it. Preach the word of God. Be prepared, whether the time is favorable or not. Patiently correct, rebuke, and encourage your people with good teaching. 2 Timothy 4:2	Preach the word; be ready in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke, and exhort, with complete patience and teaching. evangelism punishment patience
Run from anything that stimulates youthful lusts. Instead, pursue righteous living, faithfulness, love, and peace. Enjoy the companionship of those who call on the Lord with pure hearts. 2 Timothy 2:22	So flee youthful passions and pursue righteousness, faith, love, and peace, along with those who call on the Lord from a pure heart. desires temptation evil
Their ways are futile and foolish. They cut down a tree, and a craftsman carves an idol. They decorate it with gold and silver and then fasten it securely with hammer and nails so it won’t fall over. Their gods are like helpless scarecrows in a cucumber field! They cannot speak, and they need to be carried because they cannot walk. Do not be afraid of such gods, for they can neither harm you nor do you any good. Jeremiah 10:3-5	For the customs of the peoples are vanity. A tree from the forest is cut down and worked with an axe by the hands of a craftsman. They decorate it with silver and gold; they fasten it with hammer and nails so that it cannot move. For you know that God paid a ransom to save you from the empty life you inherited from your ancestors. And it was not paid with mere gold or silver, which lose their value. It was the precious blood of Christ, the sinless, spotless Lamb of God. 1 Peter 1:18-19	Knowing that you were ransomed from the futile ways inherited from your forefathers, not with perishable things such as silver or gold, but with the precious blood of Christ, like that of a lamb without blemish or spot. You adulterers! Don’t you realize that friendship with the world makes you an enemy of God? I say it again: If you want to be a friend of the world, you make yourself an enemy of God. James 4:4	You adulterous people! Do you not know that friendship with the world is enmity with God? Therefore whoever wishes to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God. sin God friendship
Keep putting into practice all you learned and received from me—everything you heard from me and saw me doing. Then the God of peace will be with you. Guard your heart above all else, for it determines the course of your life. Proverbs 4:23	Keep your heart with all vigilance, for from it flow the springs of life. life heart protection
This is my command—be strong and courageous! Do not be afraid or discouraged. For the Lord your God is with you wherever you go. Joshua 1:9	Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go. God fear encouragement
Don’t love money; be satisfied with what you have. For God has said, “I will never fail you. I will never abandon you.” Hebrews 13:5	Keep your life free from love of money, and be content with what you have, for he has said, “I will never leave you nor forsake you.” trust money materialism
