- God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.

When shall I come and appear before God? - Whoever confesses that Jesus is the Son of God, God abides in him, and he in God.

Unite my heart to fear Your name. - And we have known and believed the love that God has for us. God is love, and he who abides in love abides in God, and God in him.

- The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit,
A broken and a contrite heart—
These, O God, You will not despise. - No one has seen God at any time. If we love one another, God abides in us, and His love has been perfected in us.

- So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them.
- Blessed are the pure in heart,
For they shall see God. - Then God said, “Let there be light”; and there was light.

- Therefore know that the Lord your God, He is God, the faithful God who keeps covenant and mercy for a thousand generations with those who love Him and keep His commandments.
- Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor sodomites, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God.
- In like manner also, that the women adorn themselves in modest apparel, with propriety and moderation, not with braided hair or gold or pearls or costly clothing, but, which is proper for women professing godliness, with good works.
- But our God is in heaven;
He does whatever He pleases. - Yet I am the Lord your God
Ever since the land of Egypt,
And you shall know no God but Me;
For there is no savior besides Me. - Let no one say when he is tempted, “I am tempted by God”; for God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does He Himself tempt anyone.
- But God has revealed them to us through His Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God.
- Do you not know that you are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you?
- Therefore be imitators of God as dear children.
- Behold, God is my helper;
The Lord is with those who uphold my life. - Now to our God and Father be glory forever and ever. Amen.

O God, lift up Your hand!
Do not forget the humble. - Truly my soul silently waits for God;
From Him comes my salvation. - God is our refuge and strength,
A very present help in trouble. - And so it was, because the midwives feared God, that He provided households for them.
- My soul, wait silently for God alone,
For my expectation is from Him. - There remains therefore a rest for the people of God. For he who has entered His rest has himself also ceased from his works as God did from His.
