- By this we know that we abide in him and he in us, because he has given us of his Spirit.

so far does he remove our transgressions from us. - For his anger is but for a moment,

Weeping may tarry for the night,
but joy comes with the morning. - This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.
- And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil. - My son, be attentive to my words;
incline your ear to my sayings.
Let them not escape from your sight;
keep them within your heart. - For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven.
