Chinese (traditional)- O give thanks unto the Lord; for he is good;
for his mercy endureth for ever. - And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world.
- For thy mercy is great unto the heavens,
and thy truth unto the clouds. - Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God.
- And if he shall neglect to hear them, tell it unto the church: but if he neglect to hear the church, let him be unto thee as an heathen man and a publican.
- Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath: Neither give place to the devil.
- Jesus said unto him, If thou wilt be perfect, go and sell that thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come and follow me.
- The way of the Lord is strength to the upright:
but destruction shall be to the workers of iniquity. - For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?
- And we are his witnesses of these things; and so is also the Holy Ghost, whom God hath given to them that obey him.
- Hitherto have ye asked nothing in my name: ask, and ye shall receive, that your joy may be full.
- Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost.
- But none of these things move me, neither count I my life dear unto myself, so that I might finish my course with joy, and the ministry, which I have received of the Lord Jesus, to testify the gospel of the grace of God.
- And he sat down, and called the twelve, and saith unto them, If any man desire to be first, the same shall be last of all, and servant of all.
- In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace.
- Take with you words, and turn to the Lord: say unto him, Take away all iniquity, and receive us graciously: so will we render the calves of our lips.
- For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh.
- Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them which cause divisions and offences contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned; and avoid them.
- Wherefore receive ye one another, as Christ also received us to the glory of God.
- And as they were eating, Jesus took bread, and blessed it, and brake it, and gave it to the disciples, and said, Take, eat; this is my body.
- For I have satiated the weary soul, and I have replenished every sorrowful soul.
- By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another.
- Commit thy way unto the Lord;
trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass.
And he shall bring forth thy righteousness as the light,
and thy judgment as the noonday. - Out of the depths have I cried unto thee, O Lord.
Lord, hear my voice:
let thine ears be attentive
to the voice of my supplications. - Envy thou not the oppressor,
and choose none of his ways.
For the froward is abomination to the Lord:
but his secret is with the righteous.
I will extol thee, my God, O king;
and I will bless thy name for ever and ever. Forbearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any man have a quarrel against any: even as Christ forgave you, so also do ye.Next verse!With image
