- “Come, follow me,” Jesus said, “and I will send you out to fish for people.”
- Keep falsehood and lies far from me;
give me neither poverty nor riches,
but give me only my daily bread. - But I trust in your unfailing love;
my heart rejoices in your salvation.
I will sing the Lord’s praise,
for he has been good to me. - Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity.

- Repent! Turn away from all your offenses; then sin will not be your downfall.
- Keep your tongue from evil
and your lips from telling lies. - Create in me a pure heart, O God,
and renew a steadfast spirit within me. - Search me, God, and know my heart;
test me and know my anxious thoughts.
See if there is any offensive way in me,
and lead me in the way everlasting. - I sought the Lord, and he answered me;
he delivered me from all my fears. - I desire to do your will, my God;
your law is within my heart. - Just as the living Father sent me and I live because of the Father, so the one who feeds on me will live because of me.
- You will again have compassion on us;
you will tread our sins underfoot
and hurl all our iniquities into the depths of the sea. - The Lord bless you and keep you;
the Lord make his face shine on you
and be gracious to you;
the Lord turn his face toward you
and give you peace. - Very truly I tell you, whoever accepts anyone I send accepts me; and whoever accepts me accepts the one who sent me.
- Whoever does not take up their cross and follow me is not worthy of me.
- Jesus said, “Do not hold on to me, for I have not yet ascended to the Father. Go instead to my brothers and tell them, ‘I am ascending to my Father and your Father, to my God and your God.’”
- Restore us, Lord God Almighty;
make your face shine on us,
that we may be saved. - May he give you the desire of your heart
and make all your plans succeed. - Observe the Sabbath day by keeping it holy, as the Lord your God has commanded you. Six days you shall labor and do all your work, but the seventh day is a sabbath to the Lord your God. On it you shall not do any work, neither you, nor your son or daughter, nor your male or female servant, nor your ox, your donkey or any of your animals, nor any foreigner residing in your towns, so that your male and female servants may rest, as you do.
- Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one. Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength.
- Now that I, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also should wash one another’s feet.
