Chinese (traditional)Teach me to do Your will,
For You are my God;
Your Spirit is good.
Lead me in the land of uprightness. For
“He who would love life
And see good days,
Let him refrain his tongue from evil,
And his lips from speaking deceit.
Let him turn away from evil and do good;
Let him seek peace and pursue it.” Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen. Restore us, O Lord God of hosts;
Cause Your face to shine,
And we shall be saved! But if you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses. In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins. For unto us a Child is born,
Unto us a Son is given;
And the government will be upon His shoulder.
And His name will be called
Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God,
Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. Glory to God in the highest,
And on earth peace, goodwill toward men! Joseph also went up from Galilee, out of the city of Nazareth, into Judea, to the city of David, which is called Bethlehem, because he was of the house and lineage of David, to be registered with Mary, his betrothed wife, who was with child. For You are my rock and my fortress;
Therefore, for Your name’s sake,
Lead me and guide me. Therefore You are great, O Lord God. For there is none like You, nor is there any God besides You, according to all that we have heard with our ears. Whoever denies the Son does not have the Father either; he who acknowledges the Son has the Father also. It is a snare for a man to devote rashly something as holy,
And afterward to reconsider his vows. With all lowliness and gentleness, with longsuffering, bearing with one another in love. For to me, to live is Christ, and to die is gain. Oh, taste and see that the Lord is good;
Blessed is the man who trusts in Him! And above all things have fervent love for one another, for “love will cover a multitude of sins.” Do not lie to one another, since you have put off the old man with his deeds, and have put on the new man who is renewed in knowledge according to the image of Him who created him. Remove falsehood and lies far from me;
Give me neither poverty nor riches—
Feed me with the food allotted to me. And now why are you waiting? Arise and be baptized, and wash away your sins, calling on the name of the Lord. But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts, and always be ready to give a defense to everyone who asks you a reason for the hope that is in you, with meekness and fear. Commit your way to the Lord,
Trust also in Him,
And He shall bring it to pass.
He shall bring forth your righteousness as the light,
And your justice as the noonday. For so the Lord has commanded us:
‘I have set you as a light to the Gentiles,
That you should be for salvation to the ends of the earth.’ For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. The Lord is near to all who call upon Him,
To all who call upon Him in truth. For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus. And may the Lord make you increase and abound in love to one another and to all, just as we do to you. A fool’s wrath is known at once,
But a prudent man covers shame. These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, that you may know that you have eternal life, and that you may continue to believe in the name of the Son of God. Let each of us please his neighbor for his good, leading to edification. He shall cover you with His feathers,
And under His wings you shall take refuge;
His truth shall be your shield and buckler. As far as the east is from the west,
So far has He removed our transgressions from us.
