Chinese (traditional)But the Lord is faithful, who will establish you and guard you from the evil one. Who has performed and done it,
Calling the generations from the beginning?
‘I, the Lord, am the first;
And with the last I am He.’ But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law. Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord. The wicked borrows and does not repay,
But the righteous shows mercy and gives. We are bound to thank God always for you, brethren, as it is fitting, because your faith grows exceedingly, and the love of every one of you all abounds toward each other. But He said, “More than that, blessed are those who hear the word of God and keep it!” Every way of a man is right in his own eyes,
But the Lord weighs the hearts. This is My commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you. If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. Our help is in the name of the Lord,
Who made heaven and earth. Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one! You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength. I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners, to repentance. As for God, His way is perfect;
The word of the Lord is proven;
He is a shield to all who trust in Him. And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption. Therefore, having these promises, beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God. Behold, God is my helper;
The Lord is with those who uphold my life. But at midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the prisoners were listening to them. Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom, teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord. I, even I, am He who comforts you.
Who are you that you should be afraid
Of a man who will die,
And of the son of a man who will be made like grass? This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success. Knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience. I will be glad and rejoice in You;
I will sing praise to Your name, O Most High. For the Lord your God is gracious and merciful, and will not turn His face from you if you return to Him. But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. This also comes from the Lord of hosts,
Who is wonderful in counsel and excellent in guidance. Nevertheless do not rejoice in this, that the spirits are subject to you, but rather rejoice because your names are written in heaven. Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go. Be exalted, O God, above the heavens;
Let Your glory be above all the earth. ‘You shall not murder,’ ‘You shall not commit adultery,’ ‘You shall not steal,’ ‘You shall not bear false witness,’ ‘Honor your father and your mother,’ and, ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap.
