- And this is the testimony: God has given us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.

when they exclude you and insult you
and reject your name as evil,
because of the Son of Man. - But for that very reason I was shown mercy so that in me, the worst of sinners, Christ Jesus might display his immense patience as an example for those who would believe in him and receive eternal life.
