- And this commandment have we from him, That he who loveth God love his brother also.
- For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth.
- If ye love me, keep my commandments.
- For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace.
- What shall we say then? Is the law sin? God forbid. Nay, I had not known sin, but by the law: for I had not known lust, except the law had said, Thou shalt not covet.
- The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law.
- And keep the charge of the Lord thy God, to walk in his ways, to keep his statutes, and his commandments, and his judgments, and his testimonies, as it is written in the law of Moses, that thou mayest prosper in all that thou doest, and whithersoever thou turnest thyself.

- For this, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Thou shalt not covet; and if there be any other commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this saying, namely, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
- And he declared unto you his covenant, which he commanded you to perform, even ten commandments; and he wrote them upon two tables of stone.
- Great peace have they which love thy law:
and nothing shall offend them. - Ye shall not make with me gods of silver, neither shall ye make unto you gods of gold.
- If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love.
- Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.
- We have sinned, and have committed iniquity, and have done wickedly, and have rebelled, even by departing from thy precepts and from thy judgments.
- The wise in heart will receive commandments:
but a prating fool shall fall. - Ye shall diligently keep the commandments of the Lord your God, and his testimonies, and his statutes, which he hath commanded thee.
- Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man.
- I have rejoiced in the way of thy testimonies,
as much as in all riches. - Praise ye the Lord. Blessed is the man that feareth the Lord,
that delighteth greatly in his commandments. - I will never forget thy precepts:
for with them thou hast quickened me. - But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed.
- And he that keepeth his commandments dwelleth in him, and he in him. And hereby we know that he abideth in us, by the Spirit which he hath given us.
- Thou shalt not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain: for the Lord will not hold him guiltless that taketh his name in vain.
- For this is the message that ye heard from the beginning, that we should love one another.
Be it known unto you therefore, men and brethren, that through this man is preached unto you the forgiveness of sins: And by him all that believe are justified from all things, from which ye could not be justified by the law of Moses.Who is this King of glory?
