- Be it known unto you therefore, men and brethren, that through this man is preached unto you the forgiveness of sins: And by him all that believe are justified from all things, from which ye could not be justified by the law of Moses.
- He therefore that ministereth to you the Spirit, and worketh miracles among you, doeth he it by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?
- Christ is become of no effect unto you, whosoever of you are justified by the law; ye are fallen from grace.
- I am the Lord your God; walk in my statutes, and keep my judgments, and do them; And hallow my sabbaths; and they shall be a sign between me and you, that ye may know that I am the Lord your God.
- And the Lord said unto Moses, Come up to me into the mount, and be there: and I will give thee tables of stone, and a law, and commandments which I have written; that thou mayest teach them.
- There is one lawgiver, who is able to save and to destroy: who art thou that judgest another?
- We who are Jews by nature, and not sinners of the Gentiles, Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified.
- And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
- Ye shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish ought from it, that ye may keep the commandments of the Lord your God which I command you.

- The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom:
a good understanding have all they that do his commandments:
his praise endureth for ever. - The way of the Lord is strength to the upright:
but destruction shall be to the workers of iniquity. - Thou shalt do no murder, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Honour thy father and thy mother: and, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
- And I will walk at liberty:
for I seek thy precepts. - Incline my heart unto thy testimonies,
and not to covetousness. - Therefore shall ye keep my commandments, and do them: I am the Lord.

- Blessed are the undefiled in the way,
who walk in the law of the Lord. - The statutes of the Lord are right,
rejoicing the heart:
the commandment of the Lord is pure,
enlightening the eyes. - Yea, in the way of thy judgments,
O Lord, have we waited for thee;
the desire of our soul is to thy name,
and to the remembrance of thee. - Thy testimonies have I taken as an heritage for ever:
for they are the rejoicing of my heart.
I will praise thee with uprightness of heart,
when I shall have learned thy righteous judgments.Who is this King of glory?
