Chinese (traditional)- What then? shall we sin, because we are not under the law, but under grace? God forbid.
- Are not two sparrows sold for a farthing? and one of them shall not fall on the ground without your Father. But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear ye not therefore, ye are of more value than many sparrows.
- Blessed are the peacemakers:
for they shall be called the children of God. - Two are better than one; because they have a good reward for their labour.
- For the eyes of the Lord are over the righteous, and his ears are open unto their prayers: but the face of the Lord is against them that do evil.
- The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God.
- But he said, Yea rather, blessed are they that hear the word of God, and keep it.
- Blessed are they that keep his testimonies,
and that seek him with the whole heart. - Pleasant words are as an honeycomb,
sweet to the soul, and health to the bones. - By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another.
- But when Jesus heard that, he said unto them, They that be whole need not a physician, but they that are sick.
- Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.
- The statutes of the Lord are right,
rejoicing the heart:
the commandment of the Lord is pure,
enlightening the eyes. - The words of a talebearer are as wounds,
and they go down into the innermost parts of the belly. - And base things of the world, and things which are despised, hath God chosen, yea, and things which are not, to bring to nought things that are: That no flesh should glory in his presence.
- Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you.
- But thou, O Lord, art a shield for me;
my glory, and the lifter up of mine head. - Thou art my hiding place and my shield:
I hope in thy word. - Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth.
- Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?
- But to us there is but one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we in him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, by whom are all things, and we by him.
- Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness:
for they shall be filled. - For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace.
- Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.
- For a thousand years in thy sight
are but as yesterday when it is past,
and as a watch in the night.
For of him, and through him, and to him, are all things: to whom be glory for ever. Amen.Ah Lord God! behold, thou hast made the heaven and the earth by thy great power and stretched out arm, and there is nothing too hard for thee. Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it; That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word.Next verse! With image
