Chinese (traditional)- As he came from his mother’s womb, naked shall he return,
To go as he came;
And he shall take nothing from his labor
Which he may carry away in his hand. - For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God.
- Wives, submit to your own husbands, as to the Lord. For the husband is head of the wife, as also Christ is head of the church; and He is the Savior of the body.
- Therefore receive one another, just as Christ also received us, to the glory of God.
- So Jesus said to them again, “Peace to you! As the Father has sent Me, I also send you.”
- There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called in one hope of your calling.
- Let Your mercy, O Lord, be upon us,
Just as we hope in You. - For it is written:
“As I live, says the Lord,
Every knee shall bow to Me,
And every tongue shall confess to God.” - As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten. Therefore be zealous and repent.
- Therefore comfort each other and edify one another, just as you also are doing.
- But the anointing which you have received from Him abides in you, and you do not need that anyone teach you; but as the same anointing teaches you concerning all things, and is true, and is not a lie, and just as it has taught you, you will abide in Him.
- For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Walk as children of light.
- And walk in love, as Christ also has loved us and given Himself for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling aroma.
- For You, O Lord, will bless the righteous;
With favor You will surround him as with a shield. - May the Lord our God be with us, as He was with our fathers. May He not leave us nor forsake us.
- For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this: “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.”
- For You, O God, have tested us;
You have refined us as silver is refined. - But as for you, speak the things which are proper for sound doctrine.
- As iron sharpens iron,
So a man sharpens the countenance of his friend. - Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.
- And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you.
- As a father pities his children,
So the Lord pities those who fear Him. - Seek good and not evil,
That you may live;
So the Lord God of hosts will be with you,
As you have spoken. - A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another.
- Husbands, likewise, dwell with them with understanding, giving honor to the wife, as to the weaker vessel, and as being heirs together of the grace of life, that your prayers may not be hindered.
And He led them out as far as Bethany, and He lifted up His hands and blessed them. Now it came to pass, while He blessed them, that He was parted from them and carried up into heaven.Jesus said to him, “If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes.”
