And My thoughts than your thoughts. - Beloved, now we are children of God; and it has not yet been revealed what we shall be, but we know that when He is revealed, we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is. And everyone who has this hope in Him purifies himself, just as He is pure.
- If you keep My commandments, you will abide in My love, just as I have kept My Father’s commandments and abide in His love.
- But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name.
- Then there appeared to them divided tongues, as of fire, and one sat upon each of them. And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.
- And may the Lord make you increase and abound in love to one another and to all, just as we do to you.
- Then the shepherds returned, glorifying and praising God for all the things that they had heard and seen, as it was told them.
- As the living Father sent Me, and I live because of the Father, so he who feeds on Me will live because of Me.
- And whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ.
- Wives, submit to your own husbands, as is fitting in the Lord.
Husbands, love your wives and do not be bitter toward them. - Then it will be righteousness for us, if we are careful to observe all these commandments before the Lord our God, as He has commanded us.
