- As free, and not using your liberty for a cloke of maliciousness, but as the servants of God.
- I have rejoiced in the way of thy testimonies,
as much as in all riches. - And as I began to speak, the Holy Ghost fell on them, as on us at the beginning.
- As far as the east is from the west,
so far hath he removed our transgressions from us. - Set me as a seal upon thine heart,
as a seal upon thine arm:
for love is strong as death;
jealousy is cruel as the grave:
the coals thereof are coals of fire,
which hath a most vehement flame. - I will sing unto the Lord as long as I live:
I will sing praise to my God while I have my being. - If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men.
- Come now, and let us reason together, saith the Lord: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.
- Be ye therefore merciful, as your Father also is merciful.
- As sorrowful, yet alway rejoicing; as poor, yet making many rich; as having nothing, and yet possessing all things.
- And the Lord turned the captivity of Job, when he prayed for his friends: also the Lord gave Job twice as much as he had before.
- And forgive us our debts,
as we forgive our debtors. - Be ye therefore followers of God, as dear children.
- See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise, Redeeming the time, because the days are evil.
- My doctrine shall drop as the rain,
my speech shall distil as the dew,
as the small rain upon the tender herb,
and as the showers upon the grass. - Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.
- As in water face answereth to face,
so the heart of man to man. - For as many as have sinned without law shall also perish without law: and as many as have sinned in the law shall be judged by the law.
- And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
- Neither yield ye your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin: but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God.
- I love the Lord, because he hath heard
my voice and my supplications.
Because he hath inclined his ear unto me,
therefore will I call upon him as long as I live. - For a thousand years in thy sight
are but as yesterday when it is past,
and as a watch in the night. - As the hart panteth after the water brooks,
so panteth my soul after thee, O God. - Let thy mercy, O Lord, be upon us,
according as we hope in thee. - This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you.
For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive.Let thine eyes look right on,
and let thine eyelids look straight before thee. These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.Next verse! With image
