Deep calls to deep in the roar of your waterfalls; all your waves and breakers have swept over me.Deep calleth unto deep at the noise of thy waterspouts: all thy waves and thy billows are gone over me.
No one has ever seen God, but the one and only Son, who is himself God and is in closest relationship with the Father, has made him known.No man hath seen God at any time, the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him.
If a man has recently married, he must not be sent to war or have any other duty laid on him. For one year he is to be free to stay at home and bring happiness to the wife he has married.When a man hath taken a new wife, he shall not go out to war, neither shall he be charged with any business: but he shall be free at home one year, and shall cheer up his wife which he hath taken.
You make known to me the path of life; you will fill me with joy in your presence, with eternal pleasures at your right hand.Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fulness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore.

If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone.If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men.
You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall not commit adultery.’ But I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart.Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not commit adultery: But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart.
Fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith. For the joy set before him he endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.
By day the Lord directs his love, at night his song is with me— a prayer to the God of my life.Yet the Lord will command his lovingkindness in the day time, and in the night his song shall be with me, and my prayer unto the God of my life.
Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they?Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they?
Hear my prayer, Lord, listen to my cry for help; do not be deaf to my weeping. I dwell with you as a foreigner, a stranger, as all my ancestors were.Hear my prayer, O Lord, and give ear unto my cry; hold not thy peace at my tears: for I am a stranger with thee, and a sojourner, as all my fathers were.
Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.
The end of all things is near. Therefore be alert and of sober mind so that you may pray.But the end of all things is at hand: be ye therefore sober, and watch unto prayer.

Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother’s eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye?And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?
The Son is the radiance of God’s glory and the exact representation of his being, sustaining all things by his powerful word. After he had provided purification for sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty in heaven.Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high.
A person finds joy in giving an apt reply— and how good is a timely word!A man hath joy by the answer of his mouth: and a word spoken in due season, how good is it!
And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints.
Day after day, in the temple courts and from house to house, they never stopped teaching and proclaiming the good news that Jesus is the Messiah.And daily in the temple, and in every house, they ceased not to teach and preach Jesus Christ.
About midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns to God, and the other prisoners were listening to them.And at midnight Paul and Silas prayed, and sang praises unto God: and the prisoners heard them.
Humble yourselves, therefore, under God’s mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time.Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time.
Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen.Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us, Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen.

This is what the Lord says: “Stand at the crossroads and look; ask for the ancient paths, ask where the good way is, and walk in it, and you will find rest for your souls. But you said, ‘We will not walk in it.’”Thus saith the Lord, Stand ye in the ways, and see, and ask for the old paths, where is the good way, and walk therein, and ye shall find rest for your souls. But they said, We will not walk therein.
