- For by one offering He has perfected forever those who are being sanctified.

And all that is within me, bless His holy name! - If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask Him!

- For as the body is one and has many members, but all the members of that one body, being many, are one body, so also is Christ.

- Can anyone forbid water, that these should not be baptized who have received the Holy Spirit just as we have?
- Now, therefore, you are no longer strangers and foreigners, but fellow citizens with the saints and members of the household of God, having been built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ Himself being the chief cornerstone.
- Let the lowly brother glory in his exaltation, but the rich in his humiliation, because as a flower of the field he will pass away.
- That their hearts may be encouraged, being knit together in love, and attaining to all riches of the full assurance of understanding, to the knowledge of the mystery of God, both of the Father and of Christ.
- And being in torments in Hades, he lifted up his eyes and saw Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom.
“Then he cried and said, ‘Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus that he may dip the tip of his finger in water and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame.’ ” - Thus also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead.
- Jesus answered and said to him, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.”
- Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints.
- Husbands, likewise, dwell with them with understanding, giving honor to the wife, as to the weaker vessel, and as being heirs together of the grace of life, that your prayers may not be hindered.
- But now the righteousness of God apart from the law is revealed, being witnessed by the Law and the Prophets, even the righteousness of God, through faith in Jesus Christ, to all and on all who believe. For there is no difference.
- Jesus answered, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God.”
- For what man knows the things of a man except the spirit of the man which is in him? Even so no one knows the things of God except the Spirit of God.
- Endeavoring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.
- The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that you may know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints.
- For as we have many members in one body, but all the members do not have the same function, so we, being many, are one body in Christ, and individually members of one another.
- But he who looks into the perfect law of liberty and continues in it, and is not a forgetful hearer but a doer of the work, this one will be blessed in what he does.
- For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision avails anything, but faith working through love.
- The words of a talebearer are like tasty trifles,
And they go down into the inmost body. - For You formed my inward parts;
You covered me in my mother’s womb.
I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made;
Marvelous are Your works,
And that my soul knows very well. - The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance.
- And he who does not take his cross and follow after Me is not worthy of Me.
- Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.
- And having been perfected, He became the author of eternal salvation to all who obey Him.
- Open your mouth for the speechless,
In the cause of all who are appointed to die. - A good name is to be chosen rather than great riches,
Loving favor rather than silver and gold.
