Not that I speak in regard to need, for I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content. | I do not say this because I have been in need, for I have learned to be content with whatever I have. |
While you are enriched in everything for all liberality, which causes thanksgiving through us to God. | Enriched in every way, you will be able to practice all your acts of generosity, which, through our intervention, will result in thanksgiving to God. |
And do not present your members as instruments of unrighteousness to sin, but present yourselves to God as being alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness to God. | Nor should you present any part of your body as an instrument for wickedness leading to sin.
