- Jesus said to them, “I am the bread of life; the one who comes to Me will not be hungry, and the one who believes in Me will never be thirsty.”

For from it flow the springs of life. - And He humbled you and let you go hungry, and fed you with the manna which you did not know, nor did your fathers know, in order to make you understand that man shall not live on bread alone, but man shall live on everything that comes out of the mouth of the Lord.

- One who is on the path of life follows instruction,
But one who ignores a rebuke goes astray. - Day by day continuing with one mind in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, they were taking their meals together with gladness and sincerity of heart, praising God and having favor with all the people. And the Lord was adding to their number day by day those who were being saved.
- And the testimony is this, that God has given us eternal life, and this life is in His Son.

- One who pursues righteousness and loyalty
Finds life, righteousness, and honor. - For bodily training is just slightly beneficial, but godliness is beneficial for all things, since it holds promise for the present life and also for the life to come.
- These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, so that you may know that you have eternal life.
