- For we walk by faith, not by sight.

By keeping it according to Your word. - So then, does He who provides you with the Spirit and works miracles among you, do it by works of the Law, or by hearing with faith?
- So faith comes from hearing, and hearing by the word of Christ.
- For by one offering He has perfected for all time those who are sanctified.
- For every house is built by someone, but the builder of all things is God.
- Wealth obtained from nothing dwindles,
But one who gathers by labor increases it. - No one is to say when he is tempted, “I am being tempted by God”; for God cannot be tempted by evil, and He Himself does not tempt anyone.
- Oh, Lord God! Behold, You Yourself have made the heavens and the earth by Your great power and by Your outstretched arm! Nothing is too difficult for You.
- I permitted Myself to be sought by those who did not ask for Me;
I permitted Myself to be found by those who did not seek Me.
I said, ‘Here am I, here am I,’
To a nation which did not call on My name. - The one who keeps His commandments remains in Him, and He in him. We know by this that He remains in us, by the Spirit whom He has given us.
- Because by the works of the Law none of mankind will be justified in His sight; for through the Law comes knowledge of sin.
- But He answered and said, “It is written: ‘Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes out of the mouth of God.’ ”
- I will never forget Your precepts,
For by them You have revived me. - The steps of a man are established by the Lord,
And He delights in his way. - He saved us, not on the basis of deeds which we did in righteousness, but in accordance with His mercy, by the washing of regeneration and renewing by the Holy Spirit.
- By this all people will know that you are My disciples: if you have love for one another.
- So that I may come to you in joy by the will of God and relax in your company.
- Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.
- Now Jesus, full of the Holy Spirit, returned from the Jordan and was led around by the Spirit in the wilderness for forty days, being tempted by the devil. And He ate nothing during those days, and when they had ended, He was hungry.

- Who among you is wise and understanding? Let him show by his good behavior his deeds in the gentleness of wisdom.
- He is the stone which was rejected by you, the builders, but which became the chief cornerstone.
- For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written: “But the righteous one will live by faith.”
- And there is salvation in no one else; for there is no other name under heaven that has been given among mankind by which we must be saved.
- For if while we were enemies we were reconciled to God through the death of His Son, much more, having been reconciled, we shall be saved by His life.
- My Father is glorified by this, that you bear much fruit, and so prove to be My disciples.
- Therefore we do not lose heart, but though our outer person is decaying, yet our inner person is being renewed day by day.
- For all who have sinned without the Law will also perish without the Law, and all who have sinned under the Law will be judged by the Law.
- For by grace you have been saved through faith; and this is not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; not a result of works, so that no one may boast.
- But the gracious gift is not like the offense. For if by the offense of the one the many died, much more did the grace of God and the gift by the grace of the one Man, Jesus Christ, overflow to the many.
- But he must ask in faith without any doubting, for the one who doubts is like the surf of the sea, driven and tossed by the wind.
- But now in Christ Jesus you who previously were far away have been brought near by the blood of Christ.
- And He Himself brought our sins in His body up on the cross, so that we might die to sin and live for righteousness; by His wounds you were healed.
- By this we know that we remain in Him and He in us, because He has given to us of His Spirit.
