Bible Verses about 'Child of God'
- For to us a child is born,
to us a son is given,
and the government will be on his shoulders.
And he will be called
Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God,
Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. - The father of a righteous child has great joy;
a man who fathers a wise son rejoices in him. - Can a mother forget the baby at her breast
and have no compassion on the child she has borne?
Though she may forget,
I will not forget you!
See, I have engraved you on the palms of my hands;
your walls are ever before me. - Start children off on the way they should go,

- This is how the birth of Jesus the Messiah came about: His mother Mary was pledged to be married to Joseph, but before they came together, she was found to be pregnant through the Holy Spirit.

- Whoever has the Son has life; whoever does not have the Son of God does not have life.
- Who is it that overcomes the world? Only the one who believes that Jesus is the Son of God.
- Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes.
- So God created mankind in his own image,
in the image of God he created them;
male and female he created them. - And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, with whom you were sealed for the day of redemption.

- Listen, my son, accept what I say,
and the years of your life will be many. - These are the things God has revealed to us by his Spirit. The Spirit searches all things, even the deep things of God.
- In the same way, I tell you, there is rejoicing in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents.
- You need to persevere so that when you have done the will of God, you will receive what he has promised.
- For you have been born again, not of perishable seed, but of imperishable, through the living and enduring word of God.
- After the Lord Jesus had spoken to them, he was taken up into heaven and he sat at the right hand of God.
- May the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all.

Therefore, with minds that are alert and fully sober, set your hope on the grace to be brought to you when Jesus Christ is revealed at his coming.
