I rejoice in the LORD with all my heart; my soul exults… Isaiah 61:10

I rejoice in the Lord with all my heart; my soul exults in my God. For he has clothed me in garments of salvation and wrapped me in a robe of saving justice, like a bridegroom adorned with a garland or a bride bedecked with her jewels. Isaiah 61:10	I am overwhelmed with joy in the Lord my God! For he has dressed me with the clothing of salvation and draped me in a robe of righteousness. Take care, brethren, that none of you will ever have an evil and unbelieving heart that will cause you to forsake the living God. Hebrews 3:12	Be careful then, dear brothers and sisters. Make sure that your own hearts are not evil and unbelieving, turning you away from the living God. anger evil heart

You want something that you cannot have, so you commit murder. And you covet something but cannot obtain it, so you engage in quarrels and fights. You do not have because you do not ask. James 4:2	You want what you don’t have, so you scheme and kill to get it. You are jealous of what others have, but you can’t get it, so you fight and wage war to take it away from them. Yet you don’t have what you want because you don’t ask God for it. sin desires prayer

Banish grief from your heart and ignore the sufferings of your body, for youth and the prime of life are fleeting. Ecclesiastes 11:10	So refuse to worry, and keep your body healthy. But remember that youth, with a whole life before you, is meaningless. sadness worrying heart
As long as I remained silent, my body wasted away as the result of my groaning throughout the day. Psalm 32:3	When I refused to confess my sin, my body wasted away, and I groaned all day long. sin confession speaking
The entire community of believers was united in heart and soul. No one claimed any of his possessions as his own, for everything was held in common. Acts 4:32	All the believers were united in heart and mind. And they felt that what they owned was not their own, so they shared everything they had. materialism community
The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom should I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life; of whom should I be afraid? Psalm 27:1	The Lord is my light and my salvation— so why should I be afraid? The Lord is my fortress, protecting me from danger, so why should I tremble? safety fear light

The heart is more deceitful than any other thing, and it is also perverse. Who can uncover its secrets? I, the Lord, search the heart and probe the mind to reward all according to their conduct and as their deeds deserve. Jeremiah 17:9-10	The human heart is the most deceitful of all things, and desperately wicked. Who really knows how bad it is? But I, the Lord, search all hearts and examine secret motives. A man’s ways may seem right to him, but the Lord weighs the heart. Proverbs 21:2	People may be right in their own eyes, but the Lord examines their heart. righteousness judgment understanding

For one believes in the heart and so is justified, and one confesses with the mouth and so is saved. Romans 10:10	For it is by believing in your heart that you are made right with God, and it is by openly declaring your faith that you are saved. faith speaking salvation

Be strong and courageous in your hearts, all you who place your hope in the Lord. Psalm 31:25	So be strong and courageous, all you who put your hope in the Lord! hope encouragement heart
But if you seek the Lord, your God, and you strive with all your heart and your soul, you will find him there. Deuteronomy 4:29	But from there you will search again for the Lord your God. And if you search for him with all your heart and soul, you will find him. God reward soul
Do not let kindness and fidelity leave you; fasten them around your neck and inscribe them on the tablet of your heart. Then you will gain favor and a good name in the sight of God and man. Proverbs 3:3-4	Never let loyalty and kindness leave you! Tie them around your neck as a reminder. Write them deep within your heart. Then you will find favor with both God and people, and you will earn a good reputation. love reward heart

Abba, Father, for you all things are possible. Take this cup from me. Yet not my will but yours be done.
