- Keep your heart with all vigilance,

the Lord is the upholder of my life. - All deeds are right in the sight of the doer,

who can understand it?
I the Lord test the mind
and search the heart,
to give to all according to their ways,
according to the fruit of their doings. - The precepts of the Lord are right,

incline your ear to my sayings.
Do not let them escape from your sight;
keep them within your heart. - A cheerful heart is a good medicine,
but a downcast spirit dries up the bones. - Anxiety weighs down the human heart,
but a good word cheers it up. - When you search for me, you will find me; if you seek me with all your heart.
- Happy are those who keep his decrees,
who seek him with their whole heart. - I love you, O Lord, my strength.
The Lord is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer,
my God, my rock in whom I take refuge,
my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold. - Like newborn infants, long for the pure, spiritual milk, so that by it you may grow into salvation.
