- There is one Lawgiver, who is able to save and to destroy. Who are you to judge another?
- Then God saw their works, that they turned from their evil way; and God relented from the disaster that He had said He would bring upon them, and He did not do it.
- In like manner also, that the women adorn themselves in modest apparel, with propriety and moderation, not with braided hair or gold or pearls or costly clothing, but, which is proper for women professing godliness, with good works.
- If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him.
- For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith; as it is written, “The just shall live by faith.”
