Chinese (traditional)- But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life.
- O give thanks unto the Lord; call upon his name:
make known his deeds among the people. - I am the living bread which came down from heaven: if any man eat of this bread, he shall live for ever: and the bread that I will give is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world.
- Give to every man that asketh of thee; and of him that taketh away thy goods ask them not again.
- Not unto us, O Lord, not unto us,
but unto thy name give glory,
for thy mercy, and for thy truth's sake. - Now the Lord of peace himself give you peace always by all means. The Lord be with you all.
- Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: freely ye have received, freely give.
- And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever.
- And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be.
- Hear my prayer, O Lord,
give ear to my supplications:
in thy faithfulness answer me,
and in thy righteousness. - Father, I will that they also, whom thou hast given me, be with me where I am; that they may behold my glory, which thou hast given me: for thou lovedst me before the foundation of the world.
- Hereby know we that we dwell in him, and he in us, because he hath given us of his Spirit.
- A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another.
- Remove far from me vanity and lies:
give me neither poverty nor riches;
feed me with food convenient for me. - For even the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many.
- And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.
- Even as the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many.
- Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you.
- To him give all the prophets witness, that through his name whosoever believeth in him shall receive remission of sins.
- But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment.
- Thinkest thou that I cannot now pray to my Father, and he shall presently give me more than twelve legions of angels?
- He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?
- For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.
- Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel.
- And I say unto you, Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you.
For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh. Search me, O God, and know my heart:
try me, and know my thoughts:
And see if there be any wicked way in me,
and lead me in the way everlasting.Next verse! With image
