Amen. Come, Lord Jesus! - By day the Lord commands his steadfast love,
and at night his song is with me,
a prayer to the God of my life. - No one has ever seen God. It is God the only Son, who is close to the Father's heart, who has made him known.

Lord, hear my voice!
Let your ears be attentive
to the voice of my supplications! - If we live, we live to the Lord, and if we die, we die to the Lord; so then, whether we live or whether we die, we are the Lord's.
- He said to them, “But who do you say that I am?” Simon Peter answered, “You are the Messiah, the Son of the living God.”
- So then the Lord Jesus, after he had spoken to them, was taken up into heaven and sat down at the right hand of God.
- For I am not ashamed of the gospel; it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who has faith, to the Jew first and also to the Greek.
- But I with the voice of thanksgiving
will sacrifice to you;
what I have vowed I will pay.
Deliverance belongs to the Lord! - I lift up my eyes to the hills—
from where will my help come?
My help comes from the Lord,
who made heaven and earth. - In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of his grace.
- But those who do what is true come to the light, so that it may be clearly seen that their deeds have been done in God.
- For so the Lord has commanded us, saying,
‘I have set you to be a light for the Gentiles,
so that you may bring salvation to the ends of the earth.’ - For the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous,
and his ears are open to their prayer.
But the face of the Lord is against those who do evil. - May I never boast of anything except the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by which the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world.
- And God, who searches the heart, knows what is the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for the saints according to the will of God.
- But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be the glory both now and to the day of eternity. Amen.
- If the member refuses to listen to them, tell it to the church; and if the offender refuses to listen even to the church, let such a one be to you as a Gentile and a tax collector.
