- But the Lord is faithful, who shall stablish you, and keep you from evil.
- And he said unto them, Take heed, and beware of covetousness: for a man's life consisteth not in the abundance of the things which he possesseth.
- He keepeth the paths of judgment,
and preserveth the way of his saints. - He that keepeth his mouth keepeth his life:
but he that openeth wide his lips shall have destruction. - Keep thy heart with all diligence;
for out of it are the issues of life. - Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
- Except the Lord build the house,
they labour in vain that build it:
except the Lord keep the city,
the watchman waketh but in vain. - Watch ye, stand fast in the faith, quit you like men, be strong.
- Little children, keep yourselves from idols. Amen.
- Look to yourselves, that we lose not those things which we have wrought, but that we receive a full reward.
- Therefore let us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be sober.
- Wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his way?
by taking heed thereto according to thy word. - Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.
- The Lord shall preserve thee from all evil:
he shall preserve thy soul.
The Lord shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in
from this time forth, and even for evermore. - Ye that love the Lord, hate evil:
he preserveth the souls of his saints;
he delivereth them out of the hand of the wicked. - He will not suffer thy foot to be moved:
he that keepeth thee will not slumber. - The integrity of the upright shall guide them:
but the perverseness of transgressors shall destroy them.
As for God, his way is perfect:
the word of the Lord is tried:
he is a buckler to all those that trust in him. The Lord shall preserve thee from all evil:
he shall preserve thy soul.
The Lord shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in
from this time forth, and even for evermore.Next verse!With image
