Bible Verses about 'Has'

  • Whoever has the Son has life; whoever does not have God’s Son does not have life.
  • That is what the Scriptures mean when they say,
“No eye has seen, no ear has heard,
    and no mind has imagined
    what God has prepared
    for those who love him.”
  • No one has ever seen God. But the unique One, who is himself God, is near to the Father’s heart. He has revealed God to us.
  • John replied, “If you have two shirts, give one to the poor. If you have food, share it with those who are hungry.”
  • Yet God has made everything beautiful for its own time. He has planted eternity in the human heart, but even so, people cannot see the whole scope of God’s work from beginning to end.
  • This means that anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old life is gone; a new life has begun!
  • This is the day the Lord has made.
We will rejoice and be glad in it.
  • Anyone who denies the Son doesn’t have the Father, either. But anyone who acknowledges the Son has the Father also.
  • Arise, Jerusalem! Let your light shine for all to see.
For the glory of the Lord rises to shine on you.
  • Again he said, “Peace be with you. As the Father has sent me, so I am sending you.”
  • And God has given us his Spirit as proof that we live in him and he in us.
  • No one has ever seen God. But if we love each other, God lives in us, and his love is brought to full expression in us.
  • Soon I will die, going the way of everything on earth. Deep in your hearts you know that every promise of the Lord your God has come true. Not a single one has failed!
  • Jesus told them, “This is the only work God wants from you: Believe in the one he has sent.”
  • And this hope will not lead to disappointment. For we know how dearly God loves us, because he has given us the Holy Spirit to fill our hearts with his love.
  • Sing to the Lord, for he has done wonderful things.
Make known his praise around the world.
  • And this is what God has testified: He has given us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.
  • For Jesus is the one referred to in the Scriptures, where it says,
‘The stone that you builders rejected
    has now become the cornerstone.’
  • God is not a man, so he does not lie.
He is not human, so he does not change his mind.
Has he ever spoken and failed to act?
Has he ever promised and not carried it through?
  • The Spirit of the Lord is upon me,
for he has anointed me to bring Good News to the poor.
He has sent me to proclaim that captives will be released,
    that the blind will see,
that the oppressed will be set free.
  • He has removed our sins as far from us
as the east is from the west.
  • What joy for the nation whose God is the Lord,
whose people he has chosen as his inheritance.
  • God blesses those who patiently endure testing and temptation. Afterward they will receive the crown of life that God has promised to those who love him.
  • The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is upon me,
for the Lord has anointed me
to bring good news to the poor.
He has sent me to comfort the brokenhearted
and to proclaim that captives will be released
    and prisoners will be freed.
  • And we know that the Son of God has come, and he has given us understanding so that we can know the true God. And now we live in fellowship with the true God because we live in fellowship with his Son, Jesus Christ. He is the only true God, and he is eternal life.

Such love has no fear, because perfect love expels all fear. If we are afraid, it is for fear of punishment, and this shows that we have not fully experienced his perfect love.
