- You shall walk after the Lord your God and fear Him, and keep His commandments and obey His voice; you shall serve Him and hold fast to Him.
- If you had known Me, you would have known My Father also; and from now on you know Him and have seen Him.
- Let not him who eats despise him who does not eat, and let not him who does not eat judge him who eats; for God has received him.
- Jesus answered and said to him, “If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him.”
- Behold, He is coming with clouds, and every eye will see Him, even they who pierced Him. And all the tribes of the earth will mourn because of Him. Even so, Amen.
- I cried to Him with my mouth,
And He was extolled with my tongue. - And they stripped Him and put a scarlet robe on Him. When they had twisted a crown of thorns, they put it on His head, and a reed in His right hand. And they bowed the knee before Him and mocked Him, saying, “Hail, King of the Jews!”
- A man’s gift makes room for him,
And brings him before great men. - Seek the Lord while He may be found,
Call upon Him while He is near. - What is man that You are mindful of him,
And the son of man that You visit him? - To Him all the prophets witness that, through His name, whoever believes in Him will receive remission of sins.
- This is the message which we have heard from Him and declare to you, that God is light and in Him is no darkness at all.
- This poor man cried out, and the Lord heard him,
And saved him out of all his troubles. - He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?
- Truly my soul silently waits for God;
From Him comes my salvation. - My soul, wait silently for God alone,
For my expectation is from Him. - And the Lord God said, “It is not good that man should be alone; I will make him a helper comparable to him.”
- But from there you will seek the Lord your God, and you will find Him if you seek Him with all your heart and with all your soul.
- For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.
- And now, little children, abide in Him, that when He appears, we may have confidence and not be ashamed before Him at His coming.
- Casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.
- Whom having not seen you love. Though now you do not see Him, yet believing, you rejoice with joy inexpressible and full of glory, receiving the end of your faith—the salvation of your souls.
- Jesus said to him, “If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes.”
- God shall bless us,
And all the ends of the earth shall fear Him. - “The Lord is my portion,” says my soul,
“Therefore I hope in Him!”
