- Be not deceived: evil communications corrupt good manners.
- He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
- Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth.
- Him that is weak in the faith receive ye, but not to doubtful disputations.
- And if he shall neglect to hear them, tell it unto the church: but if he neglect to hear the church, let him be unto thee as an heathen man and a publican.
- But if we hope for that we see not, then do we with patience wait for it.
- Whither shall I go from thy spirit?
or whither shall I flee from thy presence?
If I ascend up into heaven, thou art there:
if I make my bed in hell, behold, thou art there. - For whether we live, we live unto the Lord; and whether we die, we die unto the Lord: whether we live therefore, or die, we are the Lord's.
- If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.
- Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you.
- It is a faithful saying:
For if we be dead with him,
we shall also live with him. - What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?
- For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you.
- Withhold not good from them to whom it is due,
when it is in the power of thine hand to do it. - And this commandment have we from him, That he who loveth God love his brother also.
- And said unto them, Whosoever shall receive this child in my name receiveth me: and whosoever shall receive me receiveth him that sent me: for he that is least among you all, the same shall be great.
- If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men.
- But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.
- He is in the way of life that keepeth instruction:
but he that refuseth reproof erreth. - Jesus saith unto her, Said I not unto thee, that, if thou wouldest believe, thou shouldest see the glory of God?
- By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another.
- No man hath seen God at any time. If we love one another, God dwelleth in us, and his love is perfected in us.
- He that walketh uprightly walketh surely:
but he that perverteth his ways shall be known. - And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.
- For if ye throughly amend your ways and your doings; if ye throughly execute judgment between a man and his neighbour; If ye oppress not the stranger, the fatherless, and the widow, and shed not innocent blood in this place, neither walk after other gods to your hurt: Then will I cause you to dwell in this place, in the land that I gave to your fathers, for ever and ever.
Not that I speak in respect of want: for I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content. Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the Lord thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest.Next verse!With image
