- Rejoice in the Lord always: and again I say, Rejoice.
- And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful.
- And I have declared unto them thy name, and will declare it: that the love wherewith thou hast loved me may be in them, and I in them.
- Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.
- Touching the Almighty, we cannot find him out:
he is excellent in power, and in judgment,
and in plenty of justice: he will not afflict. - For a thousand years in thy sight
are but as yesterday when it is past,
and as a watch in the night. - I wait for the Lord, my soul doth wait,
and in his word do I hope. - But our God is in the heavens:
he hath done whatsoever he hath pleased. - Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.
- I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.
- For in many things we offend all. If any man offend not in word, the same is a perfect man, and able also to bridle the whole body.
- Let the brother of low degree rejoice in that he is exalted: But the rich, in that he is made low: because as the flower of the grass he shall pass away.
- For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this; Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
- And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him.
- God setteth the solitary in families:
he bringeth out those which are bound with chains:
but the rebellious dwell in a dry land. - Not that I speak in respect of want: for I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content.
- For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily. And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power.
- Blessed are the undefiled in the way,
who walk in the law of the Lord. - He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High
shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress:
my God; in him will I trust. - And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.
- God is our refuge and strength,
a very present help in trouble. - Rejoice evermore. Pray without ceasing. In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.
- Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost.
- So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.
- Let thy mercy, O Lord, be upon us,
according as we hope in thee.
This also cometh forth from the Lord of hosts,
which is wonderful in counsel,
and excellent in working.Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble. Rejoice evermore. Pray without ceasing. In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.Next verse!With image
