What can flesh do to me? - In You, O Lord, I put my trust;
Let me never be ashamed;
Deliver me in Your righteousness. - Blessed is the man
Who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly,
Nor stands in the path of sinners,
Nor sits in the seat of the scornful. - If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you.
- And being in torments in Hades, he lifted up his eyes and saw Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom.
“Then he cried and said, ‘Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus that he may dip the tip of his finger in water and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame.’ ” - And why do you look at the speck in your brother’s eye, but do not consider the plank in your own eye?

God was manifested in the flesh,
Justified in the Spirit,
Seen by angels,
Preached among the Gentiles,
Believed on in the world,
Received up in glory. - Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him.
- My voice You shall hear in the morning, O Lord;
In the morning I will direct it to You,
And I will look up. - If you keep My commandments, you will abide in My love, just as I have kept My Father’s commandments and abide in His love.
- But our God is in heaven;
He does whatever He pleases. - And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which also you were called in one body; and be thankful.
- God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.
