Chinese (traditional)- In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God’s grace.
- The Lord will vindicate me;
your love, Lord, endures forever—
do not abandon the works of your hands. - Surely your goodness and love will follow me
all the days of my life,
and I will dwell in the house of the Lord
forever. - May the favor of the Lord our God rest on us;
establish the work of our hands for us—
yes, establish the work of our hands. - But I trust in your unfailing love;
my heart rejoices in your salvation.
I will sing the Lord’s praise,
for he has been good to me. - Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near.
- Let the morning bring me word of your unfailing love,
for I have put my trust in you.
Show me the way I should go,
for to you I entrust my life. - But I will sing of your strength,
in the morning I will sing of your love;
for you are my fortress,
my refuge in times of trouble. - Because your love is better than life,
my lips will glorify you.
I will praise you as long as I live,
and in your name I will lift up my hands. - Have mercy on me, O God,
according to your unfailing love;
according to your great compassion
blot out my transgressions.
Wash away all my iniquity
and cleanse me from my sin. - Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good;
his love endures forever. - Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due,
when it is in your power to act. - But from everlasting to everlasting
the Lord’s love is with those who fear him,
and his righteousness with their children’s children—
with those who keep his covenant
and remember to obey his precepts. - And the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast.
- The lips of the righteous know what finds favor,
but the mouth of the wicked only what is perverse. - Who is a God like you,
who pardons sin and forgives the transgression
of the remnant of his inheritance?
You do not stay angry forever
but delight to show mercy. - Know therefore that the Lord your God is God; he is the faithful God, keeping his covenant of love to a thousand generations of those who love him and keep his commandments.
But if we hope for what we do not yet have, we wait for it patiently. Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.Next verse!With image
