Chinese (traditional)Bible Verses about 'Let’s'
- Come forth! Let us bow down to worship him;
let us kneel before the Lord, our Maker. - So we must not fall asleep as the others do, but we must stay alert and sober.
- Dear children,
let us love not in word or speech
but in deed and truth. - Let us never grow weary in doing what is right, for if we do not give up, we will reap our harvest in due time.
- If we live by the Spirit, let us also be guided by the Spirit.
- Therefore, let us cease passing judgment on one another, but rather judge never to put a stumbling block or hindrance in the way of a brother.
- Come now and let us discuss this,
says the Lord.
Though your sins are like scarlet,
they shall be like snow.
Though they are as red as crimson,
they shall become as white as wool. - Let us remain firm in the confession of our hope without wavering, for the one who made the promise is trustworthy.
- Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that weighs us down and the sins that so easily distract us and with perseverance run the race that lies ahead of us.
- Beloved,
let us love one another,
because love is from God.
Everyone who loves is born of God and knows God. - Let us then make every effort to enter into that rest, so that no one may fall by following that example of refusing to believe.
- Let us then approach the throne of grace with confidence so that we may receive mercy and find grace when we are in need of help.
- Therefore, while we have the opportunity, let us labor for the good of all, but especially for those members of the household of the faith.
- Since we have these promises, beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from anything that can defile flesh or spirit, and thereby make our holiness perfect in the fear of God.
- His master said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant. Since you have been faithful in small matters, I will give you much greater responsibilities. Come and share your master’s joy.’
- And let us consider how to spur one another to love and good works. Do not neglect to attend your assemblies, as some do, but rather encourage one another, especially since you can see the Day approaching.
- And God said, “Let us make man in our image and likeness, and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the sky and over the cattle and over all the wild animals and reptiles that crawl upon the earth.”
- Therefore, let us leave behind the basic teaching about Christ and advance toward maturity. We must not be forever laying the foundation: repentance for actions that lead to death, faith in God, instruction about baptisms and the laying on of hands, the resurrection of the dead, and eternal judgment.
- Amen, I say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, not a single letter, not even a tiny portion of a letter, will disappear from the Law until all things have been accomplished.
- God said, “Let there be light!” And there was light.
- Let your attitude be identical to that of Christ Jesus.
- Let your kindness be known to everyone. The Lord is near.
- Let us examine and test our ways
and return to the Lord. - Let your face shine upon your servant;
save me in your kindness. - Let everything that breathes
offer praise to the Lord.
Alleluia.
I seek you with all my heart;
do not let me stray from your precepts.And if one should fall,
his companion will help him up.
How pathetic is the man who is alone and falls
and has no one to assist him to his feet. Therefore, my beloved brethren, stand firm and immovable, devoting yourselves completely to the work of the Lord, knowing that in the Lord your labor is not in vain.Next verse!With image
