Chinese (traditional)Bible Verses about 'Luke'
- For nothing will be impossible with God.
- Be merciful, just as your Father is merciful.
- For the Son of Man came to seek out and to save the lost.
- I have come to call not the righteous but sinners to repentance.
- He replied, “What is impossible for mortals is possible for God.”
- No, I tell you; but unless you repent, you will all perish as they did.
- Glory to God in the highest heaven,
and on earth peace among those whom he favors! - But he said, “Blessed rather are those who hear the word of God and obey it!”
- Cure the sick who are there, and say to them, ‘The kingdom of God has come near to you.’
- To you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, who is the Messiah, the Lord.
- Do not be afraid, little flock, for it is your Father's good pleasure to give you the kingdom.
- When Jesus heard this, he replied, “Do not fear. Only believe, and she will be saved.”
- Nothing is covered up that will not be uncovered, and nothing secret that will not become known.
- Give to everyone who begs from you; and if anyone takes away your goods, do not ask for them again.
- Just so, I tell you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents.
- If you do good to those who do good to you, what credit is that to you? For even sinners do the same.
- For those who want to save their life will lose it, and those who lose their life for my sake will save it.
- But the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid; for see—I am bringing you good news of great joy for all the people.”
- So I say to you, Ask, and it will be given you; search, and you will find; knock, and the door will be opened for you.
- Do not judge, and you will not be judged; do not condemn, and you will not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven.
- The shepherds returned, glorifying and praising God for all they had heard and seen, as it had been told them.
- Then Jesus said, “Father, forgive them; for they do not know what they are doing.” And they cast lots to divide his clothing.
- Then Jesus, crying with a loud voice, said, “Father, into your hands I commend my spirit.” Having said this, he breathed his last.
- Nevertheless, do not rejoice at this, that the spirits submit to you, but rejoice that your names are written in heaven.
- Then he said to them all, “If any want to become my followers, let them deny themselves and take up their cross daily and follow me.”
In reply he said to them, “Whoever has two coats must share with anyone who has none; and whoever has food must do likewise.”This God—his way is perfect;
the promise of the Lord proves true;
he is a shield for all who take refuge in him. All scripture is inspired by God and is useful for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, so that everyone who belongs to God may be proficient, equipped for every good work.Next verse!With image
