Chinese (traditional)Bible Verses about 'O lord'
- Shew me thy ways, O Lord;
teach me thy paths. - Arise, O Lord; O God, lift up thine hand:
forget not the humble. - Deliver my soul, O Lord,
from lying lips,
and from a deceitful tongue. - When I said, My foot slippeth;
thy mercy, O Lord, held me up. - Let thy mercy, O Lord, be upon us,
according as we hope in thee. - But thou, O Lord, art a shield for me;
my glory, and the lifter up of mine head. - Turn us again, O Lord God of hosts,
cause thy face to shine; and we shall be saved. - For there is not a word in my tongue,
but, lo, O Lord, thou knowest it altogether. - Thou, O Lord, remainest for ever;
thy throne from generation to generation. - Also unto thee, O Lord, belongeth mercy:
for thou renderest to every man
according to his work. - Teach me thy way, O Lord;
I will walk in thy truth:
unite my heart to fear thy name. - Heal me, O Lord, and I shall be healed;
save me, and I shall be saved:
for thou art my praise. - In thee, O Lord, do I put my trust;
let me never be ashamed:
deliver me in thy righteousness. - Not unto us, O Lord, not unto us,
but unto thy name give glory,
for thy mercy, and for thy truth's sake. - Hear my prayer, O Lord,
give ear to my supplications:
in thy faithfulness answer me,
and in thy righteousness. - But now, O Lord, thou art our father; we are the clay, and thou our potter; and we all are the work of thy hand.
- I will praise thee, O Lord, among the people:
and I will sing praises unto thee among the nations. - Out of the depths have I cried unto thee, O Lord.
Lord, hear my voice:
let thine ears be attentive
to the voice of my supplications. - The Lord will perfect that which concerneth me:
thy mercy, O Lord, endureth for ever:
forsake not the works of thine own hands. - Let the words of my mouth,
and the meditation of my heart,
be acceptable in thy sight,
O Lord, my strength, and my redeemer. - My voice shalt thou hear in the morning, O Lord;
in the morning will I direct my prayer unto thee, and will look up. - Save now, I beseech thee, O Lord:
O Lord, I beseech thee, send now prosperity.
Blessed be he that cometh in the name of the Lord:
we have blessed you out of the house of the Lord. - Withhold not thou thy tender mercies from me, O Lord:
let thy lovingkindness and thy truth continually preserve me. - O Lord, thou hast searched me, and known me.
Thou knowest my downsitting and mine uprising,
thou understandest my thought afar off. - I will praise thee, O Lord, with my whole heart;
I will shew forth all thy marvellous works.
Yea, in the way of thy judgments,
O Lord, have we waited for thee;
the desire of our soul is to thy name,
and to the remembrance of thee.How much better is it to get wisdom than gold!
and to get understanding rather to be chosen than silver!
