But when people keep on sinning, it shows that they belong to the devil, who has been sinning since the beginning. But the Son of God came to destroy the works of the devil. 1 John 3:8	Whoever makes a practice of sinning is of the devil, for the devil has been sinning from the beginning. You adulterers! Don’t you realize that friendship with the world makes you an enemy of God? I say it again: If you want to be a friend of the world, you make yourself an enemy of God. James 4:4	You adulterous people! Do you not know that friendship with the world is enmity with God? Just so, I tell you, there is joy before the angels of God over one sinner who repents.
