Chinese (traditional)Bible Verses about 'Rebuke'
- Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all long suffering and doctrine.
- As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent.
- The ransom of a man's life are his riches:
but the poor heareth not rebuke. - If thy brother trespass against thee, rebuke him; and if he repent, forgive him. And if he trespass against thee seven times in a day, and seven times in a day turn again to thee, saying, I repent; thou shalt forgive him.
- Thou shalt not hate thy brother in thine heart: thou shalt in any wise rebuke thy neighbour, and not suffer sin upon him. Thou shalt not avenge, nor bear any grudge against the children of thy people, but thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself: I am the Lord.
- Turn you at my reproof:
behold, I will pour out my spirit unto you,
I will make known my words unto you. - Do all things without murmurings and disputings: That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world; Holding forth the word of life.
- My son, despise not the chastening of the Lord;
neither be weary of his correction:
For whom the Lord loveth he correcteth;
even as a father the son in whom he delighteth. - Learn to do well; seek judgment,
relieve the oppressed,
judge the fatherless,
plead for the widow. - He is in the way of life that keepeth instruction:
but he that refuseth reproof erreth. - If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.
- The Lord thy God in the midst of thee is mighty;
he will save,
he will rejoice over thee with joy;
he will rest in his love,
he will joy over thee with singing. - Whoso loveth instruction loveth knowledge:
but he that hateth reproof is brutish.
Who is this King of glory?
The Lord of hosts,
he is the King of glory. Selah. Since thou wast precious in my sight,
thou hast been honourable, and I have loved thee:
therefore will I give men for thee,
and people for thy life.Next verse!With image
