Chinese (traditional)- The eyes of the Lord are upon the righteous,
and his ears are open unto their cry. - Out of the same mouth proceedeth blessing and cursing. My brethren, these things ought not so to be.
- Treasures of wickedness profit nothing:
but righteousness delivereth from death. - For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
- And every creature which is in heaven, and on the earth, and under the earth, and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, heard I saying, Blessing, and honour, and glory, and power, be unto him that sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb for ever and ever.
- Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.
- Now therefore put away, said he, the strange gods which are among you, and incline your heart unto the Lord God of Israel.
- Riches profit not in the day of wrath:
but righteousness delivereth from death. - There is one lawgiver, who is able to save and to destroy: who art thou that judgest another?
- Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake:
for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. - We who are Jews by nature, and not sinners of the Gentiles, Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified.
- Who art thou that judgest another man's servant? to his own master he standeth or falleth. Yea, he shall be holden up: for God is able to make him stand.
- By humility and the fear of the Lord
are riches, and honour, and life. - And the Lord God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him.
- Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel.
- Depart from evil, and do good;
seek peace, and pursue it. - Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time.
- In thee, O Lord, do I put my trust;
let me never be ashamed:
deliver me in thy righteousness. - And at midnight Paul and Silas prayed, and sang praises unto God: and the prisoners heard them.
- But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.
- And I say unto you, Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you.

- I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.
