Return to me, and I will return to you, says the Lord of Heaven’s Armies.Return to me, says the Lord of hosts, and I will return to you, says the Lord of hosts.
“Can anyone hide from me in a secret place? Am I not everywhere in all the heavens and earth?” says the Lord.Who can hide in secret places so that I cannot see them? says the Lord. Do I not fill heaven and earth? says the Lord.

Now this is what the Lord says to the family of Israel: “Come back to me and live!”For thus says the Lord to the house of Israel: Seek me and live.
O Israel, my faithless people, come home to me again, for I am merciful. I will not be angry with you forever.Return, faithless Israel, says the Lord. I will not look on you in anger, for I am merciful, says the Lord; I will not be angry forever.
Therefore, tell them, ‘This is what the Sovereign Lord says: No more delay! I will now do everything I have threatened. I, the Sovereign Lord, have spoken!’Therefore say to them, Thus says the Lord God: None of my words will be delayed any longer, but the word that I speak will be fulfilled, says the Lord God.
“My thoughts are nothing like your thoughts,” says the Lord. “And my ways are far beyond anything you could imagine.”For my thoughts are not your thoughts, nor are your ways my ways, says the Lord.
Jesus told him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one can come to the Father except through me.”Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.”
He who is the faithful witness to all these things says, “Yes, I am coming soon!” Amen! Come, Lord Jesus!The one who testifies to these things says, “Surely I am coming soon.” Amen. Come, Lord Jesus!
Don’t be like your ancestors who would not listen or pay attention when the earlier prophets said to them, ‘This is what the Lord of Heaven’s Armies says: Turn from your evil ways, and stop all your evil practices.’Do not be like your ancestors, to whom the former prophets proclaimed, “Thus says the Lord of hosts, Return from your evil ways and from your evil deeds.” But they did not hear or heed me, says the Lord.
Jesus looked at them intently and said, “Humanly speaking, it is impossible. But not with God. Everything is possible with God.”Jesus looked at them and said, “For mortals it is impossible, but not for God; for God all things are possible.”
Jesus responded, “Didn’t I tell you that you would see God’s glory if you believe?”Jesus said to her, “Did I not tell you that if you believed, you would see the glory of God?”
For the Scriptures say, “‘As surely as I live,’ says the Lord, ‘every knee will bend to me, and every tongue will declare allegiance to God.’”For it is written, “As I live, says the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall give praise to God.”
I don’t want you to die, says the Sovereign Lord. Turn back and live!For I have no pleasure in the death of anyone, says the Lord God. Turn, then, and live.
I tell you the truth, you can say to this mountain, ‘May you be lifted up and thrown into the sea,’ and it will happen. But you must really believe it will happen and have no doubt in your heart.Truly I tell you, if you say to this mountain, ‘Be taken up and thrown into the sea,’ and if you do not doubt in your heart, but believe that what you say will come to pass, it will be done for you.
This is what the Lord says to Zerubbabel: It is not by force nor by strength, but by my Spirit, says the Lord of Heaven’s Armies.This is the word of the Lord to Zerubbabel: Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, says the Lord of hosts.
That is why the Lord says, “Turn to me now, while there is time. Give me your hearts. Come with fasting, weeping, and mourning.”Yet even now, says the Lord, return to me with all your heart, with fasting, with weeping, and with mourning.
He sat down, called the twelve disciples over to him, and said, “Whoever wants to be first must take last place and be the servant of everyone else.”He sat down, called the twelve, and said to them, “Whoever wants to be first must be last of all and servant of all.”
“I am the Alpha and the Omega—the beginning and the end,” says the Lord God. “I am the one who is, who always was, and who is still to come—the Almighty One.”“I am the Alpha and the Omega,” says the Lord God, who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty.
“For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.”For surely I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord, plans for your welfare and not for harm, to give you a future with hope.
Do you think that I like to see wicked people die? says the Sovereign Lord. Of course not! I want them to turn from their wicked ways and live.Have I any pleasure in the death of the wicked, says the Lord God, and not rather that they should turn from their ways and live?
Then he asked them, “But who do you say I am?” Simon Peter answered, “You are the Messiah, the Son of the living God.”He said to them, “But who do you say that I am?” Simon Peter answered, “You are the Messiah, the Son of the living God.”

Then Jesus told him, “You believe because you have seen me. Blessed are those who believe without seeing me.”Jesus said to him, “Have you believed because you have seen me? Blessed are those who have not seen and yet have come to believe.”
