- As long as the goodwill is present, the gift will be acceptable according to what one has, not according to what one does not have.
- Every good act of giving and every perfect gift are from above, coming down from the Father of all light. With him there is no alteration or shadow caused by change.

- Take care, brethren, that none of you will ever have an evil and unbelieving heart that will cause you to forsake the living God.
- You will show me the path to life;
you will fill me with joy in your presence
and everlasting delights at your right hand. - Now let the fear of the Lord be upon you. Be careful in your judgments, for the Lord, our God, will not tolerate the perversion of justice, or partiality, or the taking of bribes.
- Now an intermediary is not necessary when there is only one party, and God is one.
- Brethren, I exhort you in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ to be in full agreement with one another and not permit any divisions to arise among you. Be perfectly united in mind and purpose.
- I am the Lord, the God of all mankind. Is anything impossible for me to accomplish?
- Those who accepted his message were baptized, and on that day about three thousand people were added to their number.
- I understand that man’s greatest happiness is to be glad and do well throughout his life. And when we eat and drink and find satisfaction in all our labors, this is a gift of God.

That which came to be. - Many are the plans in a human mind,
but it is the purpose of the Lord that will prevail. - Do not associate with unbelievers. For what basis can there be for a partnership between righteousness and lawlessness? What do light and darkness have in common?
