- Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves.

- Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal: But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal.
- For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.

- So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.But when Jesus heard it, he answered him, saying, Fear not: believe only, and she shall be made whole.
