- But as for you, you meant evil against me; but God meant it for good, in order to bring it about as it is this day, to save many people alive.

- For to be carnally minded is death, but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.
- Exhort bondservants to be obedient to their own masters, to be well pleasing in all things, not answering back, not pilfering, but showing all good fidelity, that they may adorn the doctrine of God our Savior in all things.
- I made haste, and did not delay
To keep Your commandments. - And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.
- And I fell to the ground and heard a voice saying to me, ‘Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting Me?’
- Then the Lord knows how to deliver the godly out of temptations and to reserve the unjust under punishment for the day of judgment.
- Then you will call upon Me and go and pray to Me, and I will listen to you.
- And now, Israel, what does the Lord your God require of you, but to fear the Lord your God, to walk in all His ways and to love Him, to serve the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul, and to keep the commandments of the Lord and His statutes which I command you today for your good?
- Glory to God in the highest,
And on earth peace, goodwill toward men! - So Christ was offered once to bear the sins of many. To those who eagerly wait for Him He will appear a second time, apart from sin, for salvation.
- Both riches and honor come from You,
And You reign over all.
In Your hand is power and might;
In Your hand it is to make great
And to give strength to all. - For it is written:
“As I live, says the Lord,
Every knee shall bow to Me,
And every tongue shall confess to God.” - For You, Lord, are good, and ready to forgive,
And abundant in mercy to all those who call upon You. - “If you will not hear,
And if you will not take it to heart,
To give glory to My name,”
Says the Lord of hosts,
“I will send a curse upon you,
And I will curse your blessings.
Yes, I have cursed them already,
Because you do not take it to heart.” - So I say to you, ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.
- How I kept back nothing that was helpful, but proclaimed it to you, and taught you publicly and from house to house.
- Jesus said to him, “If you want to be perfect, go, sell what you have and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; and come, follow Me.”
