| Since we are living by the Spirit, let us follow the Spirit’s leading in every part of our lives. | If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit. |
| He saved us, not because of the righteous things we had done, but because of his mercy. | But if we are living in the light, as God is in the light, then we have fellowship with each other, and the blood of Jesus, his Son, cleanses us from all sin. | But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin. |
| Praise the Lord; praise God our savior! For each day he carries us in his arms. | Blessed be the Lord, Who daily loads us with benefits, The God of our salvation! Selah |
| So let us do our best to enter that rest. But if we disobey God, as the people of Israel did, we will fall. | Let us therefore be diligent to enter that rest, lest anyone fall according to the same example of disobedience. |
