Whoever sows to please their flesh, from the flesh will reap destruction; whoever sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life.For the one who sows to his own flesh will from the flesh reap corruption, but the one who sows to the Spirit will from the Spirit reap eternal life.
Walk with the wise and become wise, for a companion of fools suffers harm.Whoever walks with the wise becomes wise, but the companion of fools will suffer harm.
When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.”Again Jesus spoke to them, saying, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.”
Therefore, since Christ suffered in his body, arm yourselves also with the same attitude, because whoever suffers in the body is done with sin.Since therefore Christ suffered in the flesh, arm yourselves with the same way of thinking, for whoever has suffered in the flesh has ceased from sin.
Whoever claims to love God yet hates a brother or sister is a liar. For whoever does not love their brother and sister, whom they have seen, cannot love God, whom they have not seen.If anyone says, “I love God,” and hates his brother, he is a liar; for he who does not love his brother whom he has seen cannot love God whom he has not seen.
And so we know and rely on the love God has for us. God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in them.So we have come to know and to believe the love that God has for us. God is love, and whoever abides in love abides in God, and God abides in him.
You, therefore, have no excuse, you who pass judgment on someone else, for at whatever point you judge another, you are condemning yourself, because you who pass judgment do the same things.Therefore you have no excuse, O man, every one of you who judges. For in passing judgment on another you condemn yourself, because you, the judge, practice the very same things.
I am the living bread that came down from heaven. Whoever eats this bread will live forever. This bread is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world.I am the living bread that came down from heaven. If anyone eats of this bread, he will live forever. And the bread that I will give for the life of the world is my flesh.
But whoever lives by the truth comes into the light, so that it may be seen plainly that what they have done has been done in the sight of God.But whoever does what is true comes to the light, so that it may be clearly seen that his works have been carried out in God.
Just as the living Father sent me and I live because of the Father, so the one who feeds on me will live because of me.As the living Father sent me, and I live because of the Father, so whoever feeds on me, he also will live because of me.
Whoever has my commands and keeps them is the one who loves me. The one who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I too will love them and show myself to them.Whoever has my commandments and keeps them, he it is who loves me. And he who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I will love him and manifest myself to him.
Truly I tell you, if anyone says to this mountain, ‘Go, throw yourself into the sea,’ and does not doubt in their heart but believes that what they say will happen, it will be done for them.Truly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be taken up and thrown into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says will come to pass, it will be done for him.
If anyone has material possessions and sees a brother or sister in need but has no pity on them, how can the love of God be in that person?But if anyone has the world's goods and sees his brother in need, yet closes his heart against him, how does God's love abide in him?
Everyone who sins breaks the law; in fact, sin is lawlessness.Everyone who makes a practice of sinning also practices lawlessness; sin is lawlessness.
Very truly I tell you, whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father.Truly, truly, I say to you, whoever believes in me will also do the works that I do; and greater works than these will he do, because I am going to the Father.
Then he said to them all: “Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross daily and follow me.”And he said to all, “If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross daily and follow me.”
There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love.There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear. For fear has to do with punishment, and whoever fears has not been perfected in love.
And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.And without faith it is impossible to please him, for whoever would draw near to God must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who seek him.
Let no debt remain outstanding, except the continuing debt to love one another, for whoever loves others has fulfilled the law.Owe no one anything, except to love each other, for the one who loves another has fulfilled the law.
He who finds a wife finds what is good and receives favor from the Lord.He who finds a wife finds a good thing and obtains favor from the Lord.
Flee from sexual immorality. All other sins a person commits are outside the body, but whoever sins sexually, sins against their own body.Flee from sexual immorality. Every other sin a person commits is outside the body, but the sexually immoral person sins against his own body.
For, “Whoever would love life and see good days must keep their tongue from evil and their lips from deceitful speech. They must turn from evil and do good; they must seek peace and pursue it.”For “Whoever desires to love life and see good days, let him keep his tongue from evil and his lips from speaking deceit; let him turn away from evil and do good; let him seek peace and pursue it.”
Like a city whose walls are broken through is a person who lacks self-control.A man without self-control is like a city broken into and left without walls.
Jesus replied, “Very truly I tell you, everyone who sins is a slave to sin.”Jesus answered them, “Truly, truly, I say to you, everyone who practices sin is a slave to sin.”
The one who gets wisdom loves life; the one who cherishes understanding will soon prosper.Whoever gets sense loves his own soul; he who keeps understanding will discover good.

Anyone who does not provide for their relatives, and especially for their own household, has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever.But if anyone does not provide for his relatives, and especially for members of his household, he has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever.
